   Yes, Bill(y), the chances of our cat trying to kill us is 100%, the
   chances that john is trying to kill the cat is 110%.

   A little though to make you feel better: John spent a year, yes a year
   trying to clear up a clerical error that the billing department made at
   the medical clinic. It came down to John, a stack of papers an inch think, 3 people(including a collection agency) to finally clear it up.
   By the way the bill was for 80 dollars.

   Aghh
