I’m pretty sure the existing methods of spam and urban legends will be sufficient. My Mom forwarded me an email about Mondex, Verichip and RFID asking if it was real. If people think RFID is a sign of Revelations (barcoding is SO 1980’s!), then surely apocryphal marketing of the Zune has possibility.
